Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Please read these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") carefully before participating in the affiliate program (the "Program") of Just Get Out Of Town [JGOOT] (the "Company"). By enrolling in the Program, you (the "Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Enrollment and Participation:

1.1. Enrollment: Affiliates are automatically enrolled in the program either by completing our affiliate sign-up form. The Company reserves the right to reject or terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program for any reason or no reason at its sole discretion. Affiliate must set up a JGOOT account to see their commissions and establish a payment method.

1.2. Eligibility: Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of residence.

1.3. No Self-Referral: Affiliates are prohibited from using their own referral link to make purchases. Self-referral will not be eligible for commission payouts.

Commissions and Payments:

2.1. Commission Rates: Company shall pay Affiliate a commission as follows:

5% commission on all sales of JGOOT Lounge products made through Affiliate's unique referral link

5% commission on JGOOT Trip Research Service

5% commission on Coaching Calls

5% commission on JGOOT Conference Recordings***

16% commission on The JGOOT Way Of Travel Hardcover Book

19% commission on The JGOOT Way Of Travel Softcover Book

25% commission on JGOOT Book Trainings (when purchased as an upsell through jgoot.com/school)

25% commission on The JGOOT Way Of Travel Audiobook (when purchased as an upsell through jgoot.com/school)

65% commission on JGOOT Book Trainings (as an upsell to The JGOOT Way Of Travel EBook)

***All commission rates are subject to change. Currently, only the EBook and Conference Recordings are available as direct affiliate links. These links will be emailed to the affiliate at sign up.

2.2. Qualified Sales: Commissions will be calculated based on the net revenue from qualified sales made through the Affiliate's unique referral link. Commissions are awarded to the most recent affiliate link that the user clicks on.

2.3. Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid on the 10th of each month under the following conditions: You have to correctly fill in your profile information so that systeme.io can generate the correct invoices, the total amount of your commissions must exceed $50, the time period between the purchase of the sent contact and the payment of your commission must be longer than 30 days. Example: If the contact you referred via your affiliate link makes a purchase on 02/13/2024, systeme.io will generate the invoice, and you will be paid on 04/10/2024. The payment of commissions always occurs within 30 to 60 days, provided all the conditions are met. Commissions will be processed on a monthly basis on the 10th of each month and paid to the Affiliate within 7-10 Business days. Affiliate must provide payment information under payment settings.

2.4. Minimum Payout: A minimum commission threshold of $50 must be met before a payment is issued. If the commission balance does not exceed the minimum threshold, the amount will roll over to the next payment period.

2.5. Company shall provide an affiliate dashboard for Affiliate to track sales, conversions, and commissions earned.

Promotional Guidelines:

3.1. Marketing Materials: Affiliates shall only use authorized marketing materials provided by the Company or materials approved by the Company in writing.

3.2. Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines when promoting the Company's products and services.

3.3. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, cookie stuffing, or false advertising.

Termination:

4.1. Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

4.2. Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, the Affiliate shall immediately cease all marketing efforts and remove any promotional materials related to the Company's products and services.

Confidentiality:

5.1. Confidential Information: During the course of the Program, the Affiliate may have access to non-public information, including but not limited to sales data and commission rates. The Affiliate agrees to keep such information confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without the Company's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability:

6.1. Disclaimer: The Company makes no warranties or representations, expressed or implied, with respect to the Program, including but not limited to the potential for income or the success of the Affiliate's marketing efforts.

6.2. Indemnification: The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Affiliate's participation in the Program or breach of these Terms.

Modification:

7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the Affiliate's responsibility to review the Terms regularly for updates.

Governing Law:

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By enrolling in the Program, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms.
