No. Lounge Express is an intensive weekend experience built from key JGOOT Lounge curriculum and strategies.
No. Lounge Express does not include the 6 months of ongoing coaching, checkpoints, accountability, community access, and long-term support that come with the full JGOOT Lounge program. But you will receive that experience for 3 days and you will have access to the JGOOT Lounge Express group Sep 7-18 for pre and post event questions.
