Flying Blue releases promo routes each month on the first week day. This month New York is the promo city for 30k point Premium Econ class fares. Read more at:

How do the Flying Blue promos work? Flying Blue is the award program for both Air France and KLM, simply search for the promo city to your designated destination in Europe and look for the promo price.

Keep the date blank to see the calendar view and make sure you are using the 'book with points' tab when you search! Promo pricing is available for dates in the next 6 months only.

Sweet Spot Award Space Spotlight: Hotel

🏨 Cascioni Eco Retreat, an SLH Hotel, Italy

We are getting creative outside of Hyatt this month for a super stack! Amex has a transfer bonus to Hilton (1:2.4) which can be used to book high end SLH properties. When paired with their 5th night free promotion (if you are Silver status and above) you can get better value.

Types of points you can use: Amex

You can use rooms.aero's 'Hilton explore' feature and filter to 'SLH' and '1 cent redemption or better' to find hotels with similar pricing to stack 5th night free and the bonus.

Here is how to find out which airlines you should make accounts with: Refer to the Transfer Partner Matrix to identify which airlines you can transfer points to with your current cards.

In this example you can transfer Chase, Amex, Bilt and Capital One points to Air Canada Aeroplan. If you have any of those transferable points, go ahead and create a frequent flier account with Air Canada.
