The dates and locations of the JGOOT Lounge Meetup Events will be announced and posted in the Lounge Skool Group as soon as possible! We are doing our best to bulk schedule the cities/countries first in order to maximize airline deals and the host hotel.

These events take a vast amount of planning, communication, and coordination on behalf of our staff and local members. Registration fee varies

If you don’t pay for attendance then your presence will not be accounted for in any thing we do as a group. This could mean, but not limited to, meals, events, activities, swag, etc. Access to any of the event details, including the Telegram and Sign Up Genius, are sent only to registered attendees.

Your attendance will be missed! However, we registrations is non-refundable and non transferrable.

You must be a current member of the Lounge and paid registration. Once the location and dates are announced, you are invited to book your flights, hotels, and any additional associated travel plans of your choice! We encourage you to plan your attendance with refundable bookings.

We want to provide the best experience possible each and every quarter. With that in mind, changing host-hotels in any specific market may be the best course of action to ensure the necessary space and amenities to entertain our group. Making all your reservations refundable will allow for that flexibility at no penalty to you.

Absolutely! One of the main outcomes of each event is for you to connect and build relationships with your fellow lounge members. Whether it's someone you've met in the Skool group or at a previous event... we love to see it happen! Coordinating (and deciding who gets the points) is entirely between you and your elected roommate.

We have an event specific inbox for all current and future events hosted by JGOOT! That email address is: events@jgoot.com. We know that you may have direct contact with a staff member or expert. Make note that unless communication is received to that email address, you may not receive accurate information or have your request addressed.

Once you’ve paid for your spot, you will begin to receive emails from events@jgoot.com. Programming, scheduling, and more will be directly communicated with you from that email address only. If you have any questions or are just excited about the information, click that “reply” option - we’d love to hear it!

Additionally, for JGOOT Meetups, we will use the social media platform TELEGRAM. The link you will receive via email will permit you to join the Meetup Channel. This is a space where we can disseminate information quickly, with ease, and without chatter. In that Channel will be a link for you to join the Event Chat.

A Separate chat that allows for you to connect with other attendees prior to and throughout the event. This app does require an active internet/wifi/cellular connection. Data and message rates may apply. Telegram is available in the App Store and Play Store

For each location/city we will announce a "host hotel." You are invited to find the best deal at that property or any nearby hotel that may fit your comfort and financial needs. The host hotel will most likely be a Hyatt or Hyatt-related property.

For the comfort of all attendees, pets are not permitted at any official meetup events or group activities, including Happy Hours, group dinners, small-group dinners, and suggested activities. Service animals are welcome as permitted by law.
